My baby is going to be 5 months next week, I started giving her rice cereal (its been 4 days now) how long do I give her rice cereal for and what can I do to help her sleep better at night?

Answer by barbara gwas told by my nurse to start out with a tablespoon in the morning, mixed with formula or breast milk (whichever you've been using) and start out with it
