Is there a difference between Special K cereals and other cereals?

Question by HIDDEN: Is there a difference between Special K cereals and other cereals?
I was looking at the Special K cereal information panel where it lists the calories, fat, cholesterol, etc and was comparing them to other cereals like Frosted Flakes, Rice Krispes, Apple jack, etc. i didn't see a huge difference in the calories, fat, cholesterol, etc. For instance Apple Jack has 110 calories while Special K has 120 calories, Apple Jacks has.05 total fat and Special K has 2
