Question by shyr_21: can anybody give me some healthy food shopping list?
i really need to lose weight before the summer time.. i weigh 180 lbs. 5'6" in height. i think it's easier to eat healthy at home if healthy food is in your refrigerator.. so please can anybody help me? i need a list of healthy foods that i can buy when i go to the grocery store.. thank you very much!!!!
