Question by OhYeah!: On FoodTV Iron Chef America is the secret ingredient really a "secret"?
The reason i am aksing this is b/c it would seem extremely hard to have just the right ingredients to make the perfect dish all the time. they always use some form of rare ingedient or equipment.
