Question by k.c.: can i uses my food processor as a mixer? if so, how?
I wasn't sure if having the blades on it would cause problems with making a dough

Answer by chefgrilleI use the metal blade with mine to make tortilla dough. For pretzel dough I use the plastic dough blade. Works fine! Just scrape down the sides when needed.
