Each recipe in this book covers all three items together and is still incredibly delicious, satisfying and rewarding. None of the recipes use corn, soy - with the exception of a special, safe, non-GMO, easily digestible liquid form - or even rice (high glycemic), or flour of any kind. Delicious dairy-free alternatives are also given. Very few allergens used, and the alternatives provided for most known allergens, including some recipes that offer alternatives to nuts.
