How soon after delivery were you able to start light exercise? Did you have a c-section or vaginal delivery?

Question by denlover19: How soon after delivery were you able to start light exercise? Did you have a c-section or vaginal delivery?
I'm set to give birth on May 10th and am looking forward to taking my baby for walks, but I just wanted to know how soon that might be possible if I have a rather uncomplicated birth with either delivery method. I know everyone is different, but how was it for you?
