Question by Just Sayin: Is the kind of Italian food they serve in restaurants in the USA authentic Italian food?
I know that Chinese food in the USA isn't "authentic" Chinese food and I was wondering if the Italian food that restaurants serve in the US is authentic Italian food or if its Americanized? If it isn't authentic, are there any key differences?
