I can't afford a food mixer right now and I would love to bake homemade bread.
People have been baking bread for so many centuries and they didn't have electrical equipment.

I knead dough for chapattis. Is the kneading technique different for bread dough?
Any tips are appreciated.

Also, could I knead the dough for croissants and cinnamon rolls too?
