Question by kpetrovich1: Are there any cooking/food magazine that read more like a 'cooking guide' as opposed to pages of recipies?
I'd really like something that is somewhat of a 'cooking manual' with information pertaining to terminology, technique and overall informative. If recipes are included in the mix too, that's even better! Are there any food magazines like this out there?
