Question by ItsMe23: Can an adult get enough iron from iron fortified baby cereal?
i eat 3 servings of Oatmeal single grain cereal by Gerber a day because i have a nervous system condition that makes it difficult to swallow. it says it has 60% DV for a 1-4 yr old per serving. what does that amount to in adult DV?
