I was consuming 1+ box of Kashi original puffed 7 grain ( yuck on the honey one ) a day when coding in mendocino so I started hunting for a bulk substitute, I was looking at 20+ cereal boxes and thought it was such a waste ...

and some rays have them.. look around its good stuff
