Question by meow: What kind of breakfast cereal (oatmeal, rice, barley) can you give a 13 month old?
Can you give them the regular oatmeal cereal with flavors or the plain and add fruit? Is it ok to still give them the whole-grain cereal from the baby food section or is it better to give them adult stuff?
