Question by Siervocal: What's your opinion of the "Total" cereal?
I asked this question yesterday, but decided to ask again to get different opinions from different people.
My view on the cereal that it can be somewhat risky to eat if you already have a balanced diet. The cereal provides 100% of different vitamins and minerals in one serving, but what happens when you go over the daily requirements? Excess vitamin C for example can provoke kidney stones, and vitamin A in large amounts can
