Healthy Eating Habit #4: Eat Refined Carbs During and After Exercise Only
These "Other" Carbs are anything that's not fruit and veggies and should be avoided if Body fat is higher than desired. Otherwise, these "Other" carbs should only be used during and after exercise as this is the best time for the body to utilize these sugars.
