Question by Eman: Why does my pizza crust come out hard?
I would love the pizza crust not to hard and not too soft, like they have at little caesars or domino's or pizza hut or any of the pizza places. My recipe is:
3 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp yeast mixed with 1 tsp sugar until bubbling
1 1/2 cups warm water
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil.
What am I doing wrong?
It's not brick hard but hard to the point where it is veryyy chewy.
