Q&A: What is a good food magazine?

Question by Elfy: What is a good food magazine?
I'm looking for one that's more interesting/advanced than the typical burgers, cupcakes and how to pack a lunchbox kind of articles. Are there any magazines that lean more towards restaurant quality food?
Also, UK magazines would be preferred, as I don't want to spend a fortune on postage or have to translate all the ingredients and measurements!
There do seem to be far more decent US magazines than UK ones!
