ANYONE KNOW HOW TO STAY REALLY HEALTHY (EXERCISES, FOOD, ETC.) HELP DON'T WANT TO BE UNHEALTHY!!

Answer by NikkiFruits and Veggies are always your best bet. Find ones that you know that you will for sure eat. Stay away from carbs, like potatoes, rice, breads, if your worried about blood sugar. Eat fish, pork, chicken (no breading or skin). Drink at least 6-7 bottles of water per day. I am on Weight Watchers and am currently down 15 pounds in
