The base of this sandwich is an amazing vegan corned beef, which comes together in a flash, with the food processor doing all the work. Prep time - 10 to 15 minutes, then steam for an hour and POOF ---- a wonderfully flavorful seitan corned beef, which then begs to be turned into a Reuben Sandwich.
