Okay so I did an epic grocery fail!! I got 25 lbs of Sweet Rice instead of Jasmine rice. Obviously... the rice is pretty sticky and is very hard to eat and cook with... is there any way I can make it less sticky and be able to use it in dishes?

The nature of sweet rice is that it is a short grain rice that is very glutinous, which is gives it it's characteristic stickiness
