Question by mati: Is there a sugar free, fat free and lactose free yogurt?
I usually find in the sumermarket sugar and fat free but no lactose free. Any suggestions? also I'm looking for a sugar free cereal

Answer by Christina GWell, yogurt is good for ppl w/ lactose intolerance! My cousin is lactose intolerant and all he can eat is yogurt and really hard cheeses(only a little cheese though). The yogurt has good bacterias for your digestive system. go with PLAIN yogurt.
