i wanna be skinny so bad. so freaking skinny. im so fat. i hate my life.
i already eat ovovegatarian, gluten free and dairy free. im disgusting. my stomach is pudding what a loser!!! i eat so much brown rice and almonds. is that making me fatter? is there a less fattening nut?? should i just eat less? what about brown rice? does it make me fatter? should i switch to quinoa? which one will make me slimmer? quinoa
