Question by MossTheBoss: How Many Minutes do you cook sticky (sweet) rice?
I have been trying to cook this rice but when it comes out, it is to mushy like oatmeal. What do I do??

SWEET RICE
1 c. reg. long grain rice
2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. milk (or powdered nonfat dry milk)
Put rice, salt and 2 cups water in pot with tight fitting lid. Bring to a boil, turn heat down to simmer, simmer about 7
