I'm attempting to develop a variation on poutine that I'm calling "Poutine Amelioré". The goal is to have a finger-food appetizer for our holiday office party. The office has no oven access, only microwaves. Yechh!
So, instead of a layer of french fries covered with cheese curds and gravy (the classic poutine), I'm aiming for something like a potato chip wih melted cheese and a dollop of sauce/gravy.
