Question by B-girl: how did i do today? (recovering anorexia trying to gain muscle?)?
ok so im 16 years old and around 83 lbs. Im trying to gain weight, but i want it to be toned muscle, that way i dont actually look bigger, but i weigh more because of the muscle...that is possible ya? ha ok this is what i did
in the morning i ran for 35 minutes, then did weight for 30 minutes
Breakfast: 1/2c almond milk-1c gluten free cereal-1/4c eggs from a carton-1/3c chopped broccoli-1tbsp salsa-some
