News Update: Kellogg Co. Recalls 28 Million Boxes of Tainted Cereal, Citing Box Liner Issues
Kellogg Co. (NYSE:K) officials announced that the company will recall around 28 million boxes of Apple Jacks, Corn Pops, Froot Loops and Honey Smacks cereals due to an odor and unusual flavor from the package liners, which might make people sick. The company said that around 20 people filed complaints about the cereals, five of which reported nausea and vomiting, the Associated Press reports, but Kellogg officials said there is a low probability for serious health
