Baked @ 430 for 14 minutes on my *awesome* pizza stones.
Rather than cough up for high quality pizza stones, I bought two 16x16" floor tiles, stacked them on top of each other, and use those. .76.
This pie disappeared in about 5 minutes, which is sad, because it was the best one I've made
