Question by Mandy: Rice cereal and constipation?
My 4 mo. old is formula fed. The doctor told me to start her on rice cereal twice a day. Since we've done this, my daughter has shown signs of being a little constipated. I'm sure it's from the loads of iron in rice cereal coupled with the iron-packed formula. What can I do?

Answer by GigGive her water bottles and maybe cut down on the amount of rice cereal your feeding her. she will be a little bunged up because her system
