Squash with brown sugar, maple syrup, honey and 1/2 cup water. Microwaved 6 minutes.

Slightly starchy sweet soup laced with egg and dotted with fermented rice (wine) and chewy glutinous rice dumplings. Love the mochi QQ textures from the dumplings in the not too sweet soup.
This version was rather weak in the fermented rice wine component. Pity.
I'm also a fan of egg laced milky dried beancurd & gingko nut sweet

Answer by KittyFiber one trumps both of those. Nutrition wise it trumps any cereal I've ever seen. That is the Original fiber one though. It has no sugars and it has the most fiber and vitamins that I have ever seen in a cereal. That is why I recommend it so much.

Why do food companies remove the bran and germ from the whole grain and leave the endosperm? What percentage of the whole grain is endosperm? It doesnt seem cost effective to remove these elements and then "enrich" the flour after the fact.

Last night, I got some take-out Thai food from our local restaurant -- the dish was called "Drunken Noodle." It was WAY too hot and spicy for my tastes and even physically burns my tongue when I try eating it. Any ideas about what I might be able to add to the dish to calm down the spiciness? Otherwise, the whole plate will go to waste!
